Making tikka or kebabs in OTG/Oven is pretty common. But have you ever tried making the same in an airfryer?
I used the very pretty Pigeon Aifryer to make to make this delicious Paneer tikka and it took my only 10 minutes.

Coming to the recipe now,
• Marinate 200gms paneer along with 9-10 cubes of bell peppers with the following,
- 4tbsp Dahi / Curd / Yoghurt
- 1/4th tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4th tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3/4th tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1/2 tbsp Kewra Water
- 1/2 tsp Rose Water
- 1 tbsp oil
Allow everything to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
• Wet bamboo skewers and place the bell peppers and paneer alternatively. Place the tikka in the airfryer plate and brush some of the marinade on the paneer. Select the tikka option and let the airfryer do it’s magic. After 10 minutes, your delicious and healthy paneer tikka is ready!
