INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE RECIPE 🤯Save this🤝
Cut 300 gm paneer into big cubes in put in hot turmeric salt water.
In a bowl mix 3 tbsp mustard oil with 3 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder, add 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp garam masala , salt, 2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi and mix well. Add 1 cup of onion and bell pepper with the paneer.
Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Now heat oil on your PIGEON IMPERI CAST IRON GRILL PAN and put the marinated paneer and vegetables. Let it cook from both the sides until grill marks start to appear.
Now on a paratha , put the paneer, onion, lemon juice,green chutney , chaat masala and roll it.
