Simple, flavour-packed, and surprisingly easy ✨ Roasted Corn & Jalapeño Dip Ingredients: 1 large corn on the cob 1–2 jalapeños 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened) 1/4 cup hung yogurt 1/2 cup spring onion greens (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (adjust to taste) Salt to taste Method: Place the corn and sliced jalapeños on the stainless steel grill of Pigeon Eva Infrared Cooktop. Roast until the corn develops char marks and the jalapeños soften & char slightly. Slice the corn kernels off the cob. Peel the charred skin off the jalapeños & finely chop them.
