INSTANT CINNAMON ROLLS made in Pigeon OTG/Airfryer

100g Flour/Maida
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tbsp Sugar
100gThick Curd
10 g Melted Salted Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
2tsp Honey+2tsp Milk
25g (1.5tbsp) Soft butter
40g Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
50g Cream Cheese
15g Icing Sugar
1-2 tsp Milk
🌟 Mix all dry ingredients, melted butter, vanilla and curd and knead into a soft fluffy dough
🌟 Roll the dough into a rectangle of 5-7mm thickness. Spread mixture of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon powder on top of rolled dough evenly.
🌟 Roll the dough into a log and pinch the ends
🌟 Cut using thread or knife and place on parchment paper lined tray
🌟 Brush cinnamon roll with mixture of honey and milk
🌟 Bake/Air fry at 190C for 15 mins or until golden brown
🌟 Mix ingredients for frosting together and spread on warm cinnamon rolls.
