Drain the water and pat dry using paper towels. Let it dry for another 30 minutes. 4. Transfer to a bowl and add: • 1 tbsp rice flour • 1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch powder (or paprika) • 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder • 1 tbsp oil • Salt as per taste 5.
