Well, I have the perfect solution for you guys. Introducing Pigeon Healthifry airfryer, where u can make any of favourite snacks guilt free.
Today I have made the bengali’s go to,
Kucho Nimki - small namkeens
Ingredients :
✅ Plain flour : 2 cups
✅ Nigella seeds : 1 tsp
✅ Ghee : 2 tbsp
✅ Salt as required
✅ Sugar : 2 tsp
✅ Water as required
Process :
📌 In a bowl combine all the ingredients expect water. And mix together well until you can form a lumb with ur palm.
📌 Add water gradually and make a firm dough. Cover and keep aside for 30minutes.
📌 Next roll out the dough in medium thickness. Cut into rectangular nimki shapes.
📌 Meanwhile preheat the Pigeon healthifry airfryer for 10min at 180C. Then put the nimki (no oil required) and just within 10 mintues at 180c your hot nimki is ready. Turn in between in required.
