Recipe:
For the vegetables:
-2 tsp oil
-2 tsp garlic, chopped
-2 tsp olives
-1/8 cup broccoli, chopped
-1/8 cup red bell peppers, finely chopped
-1/8 green bell peppers, finely chopped
-1/8 cup paneer, diced
-1/4 cup corn
-1 tsp italian seasoning
-1 tsp red chilli flakes
-Salt to taste
For the white sauce:
-2 tsp butter
-1 tbsp refined flour
-1.5 cups milk
-Salt to taste
For the red sauce:
-2 cups tomato puree
-2 tbsp ketchup
-2 tsp garlic, chopped
-1 tsp italian seasoning
-1 tsp red chilli flakes
-1 tsp sugar
-Salt to taste
-8-10 basil leaves
