Eggless Strawberry Cupcakes 🧁

Ingredients;
* All purpose Flour-250 gm
*Baking Powder-1.5 tsp
*Baking Soda -1/2 tsp
*Salt -1/4 tsp
*Vanilla Powder-1 tsp ( can substitute with Vanilla essence )
*Strawberry -1 cup (diced )
*yogurt-200 g
*Castor Sugar-150g
*Milk-150 ml
*Oil/ Unsalted butter(room temp)- 120g
Method;
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, Vanilla powder and salt. Mix well to combine.
Add the strawberries and mix gently to coat the berries with the flour mixture.
whisk together butter, yogurt and milk.
Add wet ingredients into dry and fold gently using a spatula . Be gentle with berries.
Bake using a Cooker, Air-fryer or Oven.
Cooker- preheat the cooker and bake for 20 mins or till well cooked.
Air-fryer- 180deg-15 mins
Oven- Preheat the oven ,at 350 F bake for 18-20 mins
