Potato cheese roti Ingredients ചപ്പാത്തി/chappathi ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് മസാല/potato masala ചീസ്/cheese പനീർ/paneer 👉 To make this delicious treat, half-cook a chapati, then spread a layer of tomato ketchup on it. Load it with potato masala, cheese, and paneer. Cover with another chapati. Cook on both sides with a little ghee until golden and crispy. Once done, cut into your preferred shape.
