A rich, aromatic and spicy preparation that is absolutely perfect for the festive season 🤩
Making the process super hassle-free is @pigeonkitchenappliances’ Nutri Mixer which has two kinds of blades suited for wet and dry grinding and my favourite aspect is that it comes with storage jars to store chutneys, spreads and spices.
Recipe:
For the paste, sauté and blend together:
- 2 TBSP Oil
- 3-4 Medium onions
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 3 Green Chillies
- 2 inches ginger
- 1 Cup Garlic Cloves
- 1 Cup Coriander
- 1 Cup Mint
For Hyderabadi Paneer, add the following ingredients in a pan:
- Oil
- Garam Masala (Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves)
- Cumin
- Sauté the gravy with it
- 150 gms curd
- 1 TBSP Chicken Masala Powder
- 1 TSP Turmeric
- 1.5 TBSP Coriander Powder
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Cumin Powder
- 1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Cup Fresh Cream
- 1 Cup Water
- Paneer
- Coriander for garnish
Process:
- Sauté all the ingredients in a pan, blend together to make a paste
- Roast Garam masala with oil in a pan, toss in the paste, followed by sweetened curd and spices, add fresh for more creaminess and some water to adjust the consistency
- Once the aromatic preparation is ready, add and mix paneer, garnish with coriander and serve warm with rotis 😍
