This store is on the vidyaranyapura main road opposite to Jodidar club building and has a high visibility and easy accessibility. The store is amply lit post evenings and one can see the full range of pigeon products beautifully stacked. The store staff is very polite and nicely behaved. I had bought a two piece cooker set a year back and the handle of one unit had got broken as the unit had accidentally fallen down. the spare was said to be not available then when I visited them within a week of my purchase & this unit was lying idle because of this missing handle. I had visited the store some time back again to get this broken handle replaced. To my dismay, this spare handle is not yet in supply to the store even after a year of its launch nor was available with any other private cooker and mixy servicing and repair points at Bangalore. I told the manager that due to the non availability of this small critical part of the cooker, the unit is idling at home for almost a year now. To my surprise, the manager of the store got me this handle replaced free of cost by sourcing the same from some rejected or exchanged cooker at the store. This act was very much beyond the call of duty of the manager and this has impressed me a lot. It reminded me of my service years when I used to go beyond my call of duty in helping my customers. I recommend this store for buying any genuine Pigeon products - as the staff here intend to help you out if you're in trouble with the products sold by them. This after sales service really has impressed me. I wish this store all the best in the time to come.
