✅How to Prepare Potato Baskets
1️⃣Boil the potatoes a day before and mash them.
3️⃣In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, barnyard flour, salt, and turmeric powder and mix well to make a dough. Take a steel kartori or tart mold and place a portion of the dough evenly covering the base and sides of the mold completely.
4️⃣Bake the tokri in an airfryer for 5-7 minutes 350°F.
5️⃣After the tokris are baked, remove the tart mold carefully from the airfryer. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then unmold the tokris from the mold.
6️⃣In a plate, place the Aloo Basket, Add sprouted moong, boiled water chestnuts, and chickpeas. Add meethi chutney, green chutney, and yogurt.
7️⃣Now add spices, pomegranate, and coriander till the basket is almost filled up. Serve immediately.
