β¨ Spice up your Diwali feast! πͺ These crispy Cajun Potatoes are bursting with flavor β the perfect starter for a night full of lights, laughter, and good food! π₯π₯π« Ingredients: β’ 500g baby potatoes β’ Salt and water β’ 3 tbsp mayo β’ 1 tbsp ketchup (optional) β’ 1β2 tsp Cajun spice (or mix- paprika, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, cayenne) β’ 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp Chilli Flakes β’ 3-4 cup milk Steps: 1. Boil potatoes until just soft. Drain and slightly smash. 2. Fry or roast until crispy. 3. Mix sauce: 2 tbsp mayo, ketchup(optional) Cajun spice, oregano, chilli flakes, milk (as required) 4. Drizzle sauce over hot potatoes. 5. Serve warm. Garnish with chopped onions and onion green . .
