“Golden, Crispy, and Irresistibly Delicious: Dive into the Crunchy Perfection of Air Fried Potato Balls!
It is one of my favourite snacks. I have air fried these balls to give a little healthier twist as you all know how unhealthy deep frying is.
I am using Pigeon’s Healthifry Digital Air Fryer, it comes with a digital display and a non stick basket of 4.2 litre which is perfect for a small family
The digital display makes the work pretty easier and it comes with several preset menus and defrosting option. One feature that I love is you can set the timer when you want the food to be cooked isn’t that amazing?
Recipe:
Take boiled potato, add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano and cornflour, make a dough like consistency.
Make a ball, add mayo, close the ends, dip in maida slurry and then coat with bread crumbs and the balls are done
Air fry for 8 minutes on 180 * C , you can use cooking spray if you want to but its not needed.
