my fav way to eat sweet potatoes ft. my @pigeonkitchenappliances airfryer
crispy chickpeas:
boiled chickpeas
salt paprika
olive oil
airfry in my pigeon airfryer: 190°C for 17-20 min till crispy
tahini:
1 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup olive oil (or oil of choice)
pinch of salt
- toast or airfry sesame seeds for 5 min at 180°C till golden
- let cool and blend with oil and salt to get a beautiful golden tahini
sweet potatoes:
as many sweet potatoes as you like sliced and soaked in cold water for 30 min
olive oil
salt
airfry: 180°C for 17 min till tender on the inside with a slight crisp
assemble: sweet potatoes + chickpeas + tahini + honey + lemon juice + coriander
