Miss A loves Cheese Rolls and itβs my childhood favourite too. This recipe is my moms and the biggest hit for Tiffin and all parties at my house.
I have given it a healthy twist to take care of our health this festive season.
π Recipe Time!
For the stuffing mix all the below:
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup Finely chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum)
1 tablespoon finely chopped corriander leaves
Salt, pepper, oregano as per taste
Add green chilliβs or chilli flakes for flavour.
Take bread, remove corners and soften it by brushing some milk.
Place the stuffing in the centre and mould to make a roll as shown in the video.
Now brush with little oil and place in my favourite new addition to the kitchen - the Pigeon Air fryer which has truly made my life healthier and tastier.
