Now that I have entered my 9th month, I try to ensure that every meal I take is not just food that I’m eating but that meal is full of nutrients which will nourish my and my baby’s body. 👶
Today on my lunch plate is my favourite Masala fried gobhi without frying, some high protein grilled paneer, quinoa, an Amla, a ginger pickle and some pro biotic curd along with a salad full of fibre. 🥗
👩🍳 Recipe - Masala Fried Gobhi Aloo
📝 Ingredients -
🥦 Cauliflower - 1 medium flower
🥔 Potato - 2-3 medium
🫒 Oil for marination & cooking
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🫚 Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
🍅 Tomato Puree - 1.5 cup
🌿 Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
🍂 Cumin - 1 tsp
🌶️ Chilli powder to taste
🍁 Garam Masala - 1 tsp
🧑🍳 Marinate cauliflower & potatoes using oil, salt & pepper
👩🍳 Air fry marinated cauliflower & potatoes using Pigeon Air fusion using Fry mode
👩🍳 Add jeera to hot oil, then ginger garlic paste & tomato purée
👩🍳 Cook the masala with powdered spices and when the masala leaves oil, add air fried cauliflower & potato
👩🍳 Cook for few minutes and garnish with freshly chopped coriander
