INSANE SNACK RECIPE 😍 Save this 🤫
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in pan . Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Ajwain, 1 tsp ginger , 1 tsp green chilly and sauté. Add 1 tsp aamchoor, salt, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/3rd tsp garam masala, 1/3 tsp turmeric powder , pepper and mix well.
Add 1 cup crushed green peas and cook for 5-10 minutes. Keep aside and let it cool.

In a bowl mix 4 grated boiled potatoes with 2 tsp cornflour.
Take a small portion of potato mixture and stuff the green pea mixture inside it.
Make small tikkis and brush little bit of ghee on them.
