Healthy palak pakoda, these pakoda are not deep fried.Single pakoda gives nearly 59 calories .Very healthy and easy to prepare recipe. It is a gluten free recipe. You can have it during dinner time or as snacks too.
Palak pakoda
Serving-11
Ingredients
1-Besan-45gm
2-Paneer-150gm
3-Onion-50gm
4-Spinach(palak)-100gm
5-Ginger, garlic, chili paste- 1 tbsp
6-Coriander leaves-handful
7-Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
8-Salt- as per taste
9-Jeera-1 tsp
10-Oil- few drops
Method
1-Wash and chop palak , add it in a bowl.
2-Add chopped onion, paneer, coriander leaves, besan and spices, mix well.
3-Shape them like ball.
4-Now to cook these pakoda I am not deep frying it, instead of it I am using pigeon air fryer.
5-Now grease the air fryer basket with little oil and bake these pakoda at 185°© for 15-20 min.
6-Our healthy palak ke pakoda are ready to serve.
