I tried out PANEER DONUTS which is a perfect appetiser for any party. Super crispy on the outside yet super soft & delicious on the inside. The taste remained same as deep frying that too with 95% less oil.
Now i can enjoy my food guilt free...
Ingredients :
150 gm Grated Paneer
2 boiled potatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
1 tbsp Chilli flakes
4 tbsp Cornstarch
Method:
🔹️Mix together Grated Paneer, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Cornstarch, and Boiled Potatoes. Mix & make a dough like mixture.
🔹️Shape as donuts as shown in the video.
🔹️Dip in cornstarch slurry and then cover with breadcrumbs.
🔹️Refrigerate for 30 minutes so that they are nicely set.
🔹️Airfry till golden & crispy & enjoy!
