പാലപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കാനായിട്ട് അരി വെള്ളത്തിലിടാൻ മറന്ന് പോയോ സരല്ല്യ വെറും ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിൽ അരിപ്പൊടി കൊണ്ട് അരികു മൊരിഞ്ഞ perfect പാലപ്പങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം Hoppers Ingredients അരിപ്പൊടി / rice powder - 2 cup വെള്ള അവൽ / white rice flakes - 1 cup തേങ്ങ ചിരകിയത് / Grated coconut - 1/2 cup യീസ്റ്റ് / instant yeast - 1/2 tsp ഉപ്പു / salt - 1tsp പഞ്ചസാര / sugar - 2tbsp വെള്ളം/water 👉In to the mixy jar add 2 cups of rice flour,1 cup rice flakes, 1/2 cup grated coconut, 1/2 tsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar and water to make smooth batter. Pour batter into a bowl. Cover and leave to ferment for 1 hour. Mix fermented batter well and make hoppers. **If you place the appam batter on a warm surface, it will rise within 1 hours. Always use fresh good quality instant yeast. **If the poha used is thick, you can add 1/2 cup of poha along with the raw rice and soak. If the poha is thin, you can wash 1 cup of poha in water, squeeze out the water and grind it directly. **അപ്പം മാവ് ചൂടുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും പാത്രത്തിനു മുകളിൽ വച്ചാൽ 1 മണിക്കൂറിനു ഉള്ളിൽ തന്നെ പുളിച്ചു പൊങ്ങും. യീസ്റ്റ് എപ്പോഴും നല്ലതു ഉപയോഗിക്കുക. **ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന അവൽ കട്ടി കൂടിയതാണെങ്കിൽ പച്ചിരിയുടെ കൂടെ 1/2 കപ്പ് അവലും കുതിരാൻ ഇടാം. കട്ടി കുറഞ്ഞ അവൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ 1 കപ്പ് അവൽ വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഒന്ന് കഴുകി വെള്ളം പിഴിഞ്ഞ് കളഞ്ഞ് നേരിട്ട് അരക്കാം. . . . . . .
