INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE RECIPE ❤️ Save this 💪
In a mixer grinder add 1 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp roasted coriander seeds, 10 soaked kashmiri chillies, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/4th cup tamarind water and blend to a fine paste.
Now Heat your PIGEON IMPERI CAST IRON KADHAI . Add 4 tbsp ghee , 10-15 curry leaves, the prepared paste and let it cook on low flame until masala starts leaving ghee and gets cooked.
Add 1/3rd cup curd and mix until curd starts boiling. Add 400 gm paneer and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes then keep aside.
Now on a paratha , put some lettuce, onions tomatoes, Paneer and chutney. Wrap it up .
