Almond Orange Cupcakes π
This Almond orange cupcakes is flour free. This recipe has the perfect blend of oranges and almonds.

Ingredients :-
Oranges - 4 ( mini Australian oranges )
Caster sugar - 1 cup
Full fat milk - 1 cup
Almond meal ( flour ) - 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions :-
πIn a pot of hot water, add washed oranges ( unpeeled ) ( whole) and boil for 30 minutes on medium slow flame.
π Add the whole oranges with out seeds into the blender and blend the oranges ( cooled ).
π Add almond meal, milk, sugar and baking powder, blend until smooth consistency.
π Add the orange mixture and blend again.
π Pour the cupcake batter in the prepared cupcake moulds.
π Bake in a preheated oven 180 C for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown .
π Dust with icing sugar before serving.
