Which uses minimum oil and makes it crispy on the outside. You can bake, grill, and even reheat leftovers. SPRING ROLL recipe 🫔:
2 tbsp butter
1-2 tsp chopped ginger & garlic
1 medium sized onion rings
1 tsp white part of spring onion
Sauté well
1/3 cup cabbage
1/3 cup carrot
2 tbsp green part of spring onion
3 tbsp chopped beans
Some coriander leaves
Salt
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
A pinch sugar
Sauté well for 3-4 minutes and don’t overcook
Fold the filling in spring roll sheet and stick the edges with maida paste
Airfry at 180 degree for 25 minutes. Rub some oil on rolls
Flip it at halftime.
