This cake is very close to my heart. It’s literally everything a chai lover like me, likes. It’s a bit spicy, eggless & ultra soft.
Some whipped cream & cinnamon on top takes this cake to some another level 😍

* Start by preparing the Masala chai first. For this, take 2 cups Milk, 2 cardamom pods, 2 black pepper corns, and 1 clove along with some tea leaves. Let it simmer till it achieves a beautiful golden colour.
* Strain the tea in a bowl. The strained tea was about 220g. Then add 1/2 cup Jaggery powder (100g) with 1/2 cup Melted butter (120g). Mix well.
* Then add 1 and 3/4 cups Maida (210g), with 1 tsp Baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Whisk well.
* Transfer the batter to a 6’inch cake tin. I have baked my cake in the Pigeon Airfryer at 160 degrees for about 20-25 mins.
* You can enjoy it as it is but adding some whipped cream and cinnamon on top makes it so much more delicious.
