Ingredients:
Mushrooms
For stuffing:
Paneer
Cheese
Green chillies
Coriander
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Garam masala
For marination:
Hung curd
Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Cumin powder
Black pepper
Chaat masala
Kasuri methi

Recipe:
- [ ] Remove the mushroom stem and then Boil it for 2 mins by adding turmeric to the boiling water.
- [ ] For stuffing, mix all the above mentioned ingredients.
- [ ] Put the stuffing in the mushrooms and combine two mushrooms together.
- [ ] For marination, mix all the above mentioned ingredients. After that, make mustard oil by heating mustard oil in a pan. Add besan and turmeric. Cook it on low flame.
- [ ] Add prepared mustard oil to the marination.
- [ ] Once marination is done, mix the stuffed mushrooms, onions and bell peppers in the marination with light hands.
- [ ] Rest it for 30 mins.
- [ ] Preheat oven for 15 mins at 230 degrees and grill for 15 mins.
