If you tend to deep fry your food, then an air fryer will help you to be more mindful about how much oil you’re using and limit your calorie intake.
An air fryer requires little to no oil, making it a much healthier alternative to deep frying. Studies also suggest that convection heat can preserve certain nutrients during the cooking process.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
Fruits of choice, diced
Sweet Potatoes, cubed
Jeera Powder
Rock Salt
Lemon Juice
Sabudana Papad
Oil to spray
Instructions:
1. Peal, wash and dice the sweet potato.
2. Bake in an Air Fryer at 180 degrees with little or no oil for 10 Minutes or until golden and cooked.
3. Meanwhile, Dice your favourite fruits. I chose Kiwi, Banana, Pomegranate and Oranges.
4. Now add the black salt, cumin powder.
5. Sprinkle the lemon juice.
6. Gently mix without mashing fruits.
7. Spray some oil on the Sabudana Papad, on all sides, air fry at 200 degrees for 3 Minutes or until cooked.
8. Assemble the chaat on the Sabudana Papad.
