I recently visited the Pigeon Store to buy a kitchen chimney and an inbuilt hob, and I must say, the experience wouldn’t have been this smooth without Kartik, the Store Manager there. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely helpful right from the moment I walked in.
What I really liked was how well Kartik knew his products. He explained every little detail about the chimney and hob—features I didn’t even think to ask about! It never felt like he was just trying to sell something; instead, he guided me like someone who actually wanted me to make the right choice for my kitchen.
Even after the purchase, Kartik ensured everything—from delivery to installation—was handled perfectly. He kept me updated and followed up after everything was done, just to make sure I was satisfied.
