Healthier Veggie Pizza Puffs ✨❤️
You need to try these homemade veggie pizza puffs, as they are made with a combination of Maida and atta, are bursting with a colourful medley of fresh vegetables and are air fried! Tasty and partially healthy 😍😍
* For the dough, mix 1 cup Maida with 1 cup Atta, 1 tsp baking powder and Salt to taste. Whisk well.
* Then add 2 tbsp softened butter and 2 tbsp oil. Crumble well.
* Then add water as required and knead a stiff dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for atleast 30 mins.
For the stuffing,
* Heat some oil in a pan.
* Add in all the veggies. I have used 1/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup brocolli, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup beans, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup bell pepper. Sauté well.
* Take it off the flame. Then add 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp chilli flakes along with 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix. Our stuffing is ready!
I have air fried these in my Pigeon stellar for 15 minutes. Later sprinkled some oregano and mixed herbs on top.
