Prepare samosas by mixing flour, ghee, water, salt, and sugar for dough. Rest it for 15 mins. For the filling, fry cauliflower in mustard oil, then add panch phoron, red chilies, mashed potatoes, ginger, green chilies, bhaja moshla, peanuts, sugar, and salt. Cool the filling, then stuff portions of dough with it. Use an oiled tray in the Healthifry Digital Pigeon Air Fryer, place samosas, select samosa mode, and cook. Enjoy crispy, oil-free samosas within minutes. The air fryer maintains taste, reduces cooking time, and offers hassle-free modes, making it a convenient kitchen appliance.
This Healthifry Digital Pigeon Air fryer from @pigeonkitchenappliances is quite a handy kitchen appliance.
Apart from that it has the following features -
1. No compromise in taste
2. Faster cooking time
3. Several cooking modes with hassle free cooking
You have to brush the tray inside with oil and gently place the samosas inside with a little space between each one. Push the tray inside and then change the mode to samosa. Now relax and wait till the timer gives the signal that cooking is over. You will find the crispiest samosa that is oil-free from Pigeon Air Fryer.
