Ingredients and Method for Schezwan Cheese Rolls! 😍
In a bowl, Add
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
-Once it melts, Add
1 Tsp Dry Yeast ( Make sure to use fresh box of yeast )
-Mix, Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes,
It wil fluff up as shown in the video.
-Add this to 1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour with some salt and 2 Tsp Oil (If Required, Add little warm water and knead)
-Knead well into a semi - soft dough. Cover the leave for an hour to rise.
-Your dough will fluff up as shown in the video. Punch it, and cut into 8 pieces.
-Add the filling with some mozzarella cheese on top and roll it up as shown in the video
-Cover and keep for 20 mins (2nd rising)
-Brush with some milk and some white sesame seeds.
-Preheat your oven at 180 degrees c for 10 minutes and bake these for 20 minutes. I’m using @pigeonkitchenappliances OTG in 9 Litres Capacity

In a bowl, Add
1/4 Cup Onions
1/4 Cup Capsicum
2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
1/4 Cup Paneer cubes (100gms)
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
Salt
2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Spring Onions
