Apple Donuts🍎🍩

Ingredients:
*1 cup all-purpose flour
*1/2 cup granulated sugar
*1 teaspoon baking powder
*1/2 teaspoon baking soda
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*1/2 cup buttermilk
*5 tbsp oil
*1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*2 medium-sized apples, cored and sliced into rings
For Coating:
*1/4 cup granulated sugar
*1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
*In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
*Slice apples into rings and use a small cookie cutter or a knife to create a centre hole in each slice. Dip apple slices into the prepared batter.
*Preheat your Pigeon air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the battered apple slices in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
*Once the donuts are done, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture while they’re still warm. Allow the coated donuts to cool for a few minutes.
