Easy Mcpuff in Airfryer🥳. Prepared in my new Pigeon Digital Healthifry Airfryer😎.
Ingredients used for the dough & filling:
1. In a bowl add one cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp each of baking powder & baking soda, 1tsp ajwain and 1-1/2 spoon oil.
2. Mix well to knead a dough and let it rest for 15-20 mins
3. For the filling take a pan/kadai 1 spoon oil , add all your favourite vegetables.
4. Add 1 tsp onion garlic-powder, 1 tsp peri-peri masala, One pack of pasta masala , 1 tsp salt, 1tsp red chilli powder & 2 spoon tomato ketchup and mix it well to saute the veggies.
5. Now roll the dough and cut into equal rectangular pieces to stuff the filling and seal with the help of a fork.
6. Place the puffs on the tray of the Pigeon Airfryer, and select your preferred cooking mode from a range of options.

7. Once the timer beeps on the airfryer, gently pull out the tray and transfer the mcpuffs and you are ready to serve.
