Merry Christmas, one delicious slice at a time! ✅RECIPE 1. In a bowl take 3/4 cup boiled & room temperature milk & add 2 Tsp vinegar/lemon juice. Whisk. Cover. Let it rest for 10-15 mins. 2. Meanwhile, Preheat the Pigeon AirFryer for 5 mins at 150 C 3. After 15 minutes, stir once again. Then add 3/4 powdered sugar, 1 Tsp vanilla syrup, 1/4 cup melted butter/neutral oil. Stir & mix well with a whisk. 4. Now prepare the dry ingredients. In a bowl, sift together 1 cup All purpose flour/maida, 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder, 1 Tsp Baking powder, 1/4 Tsp baking soda & pinch of salt. 5. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture little by little. Not all at once. 6. Mix together in a cut & fold pattern until there are no big lumps present in the batter. Do not over mix. 7. Pour the batter to the 6 inch cake tin lined with butter paper. Tap once or twice. 8. Place the cake tin inside the pre heated AirFryer. 9. Airfry at 150 C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 10. Allow the cake to cool completely. Run a knife through the edges. Flip and place the cake on a plate. Wrap the cake with a cling wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 11. Then decorate with your favourite chocolate ganache or any frosting of your choice 12.
